Seasoned Carpenter Home Improvement Specialist (West Harwich)

Seeking two (2) well rounded experienced seasoned carpenters/ home improvement specialists for full time year round employment.
Individual must have a series of various experience with frame to finish residential construction.
Experience with ability to read architectural drawings, Framing and Layout, Windows, Doors and Sliders, Roofing, Siding, Interior and Exterior Trim.
Drywall and plastering, painting, Custom Deck and Custom Railing Work.
Basic Electrical and Basic Plumbing knowledge and experience.
Some exterior masonry work at times.
Individual must be reliable and have the ability to work from 7am to 5pm Monday through Fridays.
Normal work week is 40 hours.
Must have valid driver's license, basic tool setup for home improvement carpentry work, Individual must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in residential home improvement carpentry etc.
Hourly rate is between $32 to $42 based on experience, knowledge and availability.
