Coffee Production Assistant

We are a local roasting company hiring for production staff.
Experience in food/beverage production line or other manufacturing or production operations is preferred, although we are willing to train.
Our Production team is committed to crafting top-quality coffee and delivering it promptly and with professionalism to our customers.
The perfect candidate for our team is someone who is extremely organized, prioritizes efficiency, enjoys finding innovative solutions to improve production processes, and thrives in a positive and respectful workplace atmosphere.
*Hours*: Monday - Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm *Physical Requirements*: * Must be able to lift 50 pounds above the head unassisted * Must be able to lift 150 pounds assisted * Comfortably stand and walk for up to 9 hours in a day * Have a valid Driver’s license and comfortable driving * Have own reliable transportation * Must wear attire that abides by Serv Safe requirements: close toed shoes, navel and armpits covered, long hair or beards tied back or restrained with a net.
*Tasks Include (But Not Limited To)*: * Applying labels to coffee bags * Filling coffee bags with roasted beans * Sealing coffee bags and applying tin ties * Packing wholesale and online orders with efficiency, accuracy, and speed * Maintaining clean, and organized production and order fulfillment areas * Deliver coffee to our wholesale partners in a professional manner * Deliver from cafe to cafe for production needs * Drive carefully at all times Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.
