* *5-7 years’ experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT*
* *Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline.

* *5- 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, demand management industry role and/or business software development/consulting role.

* 4+ years hands on coding role developing solutions, configuration, testing and development within RapidResponse® for enterprise organizations.
* Led and participated in analyzing and transforming to application requirements Performing fit-gap analysis, Leading functional design approval process.
* Experience working in development teams to test and deliver the solution.
* Working experience with onsite and offshore delivery model environment.
* Good background in Supply Chain engineering concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc.
* Work well in a team environment and have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
* Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.
* Experience with Kinaxis Advanced Planning tools
* Experience implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response
* Experience with deep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer and documentation
* Must have worked on at least 2 Kinaxis supply chain planning implementations in large and complex environments.
