Join Our Team: Seeking a Skilled Head of Maintenance The Fairfield by Marriott hotel is in search of an experienced and dedicated Head of Maintenance to oversee our facility’s upkeep and ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the maintenance team to perform routine inspections and repairs.
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hotel equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
