JOB SUMMARY
A Lead Qualifier is responsible for supporting the various Sales Teams by prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to facilitate and assist with meeting sales goals.
Equally, to provide a constant Red Carpet welcome to all that contact our company.
This is the first point of contact for potential as well as many existing clients and this position holds the key as to what they should expect moving forward.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promptly respond to clients that have requested information and “hot passing” to the appropriate Sales Team.
This contact will be in various forms depending on the request (Inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats via intercom, dialer list, or audit call back)
Answering Inbound calls and gathering sales lead intelligence to qualify the caller as a prospective client or return client
Track, research, and target prospects
Meeting quota of 100+ calls per day
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 year of Customer Service experience
Experience in a high volume inbound and/or outbound phone environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel
Able to quickly learn and become proficient with products specific to One Brand Marketing’s Sales Team (Salesforce, CRM, Fonality, etc.
)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships quickly
Knowledge in Internet research techniques
Experience with CRM software (e.
g.
Salesforce)
Strong technical background / skills
Preferred Skills
Associate's Degree (Preferred)
