Kiosk Services Group is hiring a Logistics Manager.
This role will primarily be centered on field service support, issue management, and escalations.
You will work in collaboration with the existing Logistics Manager and the VP of Operations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include the selection and management of our remote workforce (sub-contractors), prompt response to operational disruptions (schedule conflicts and technician no-call-no-shows), escalating issues, reporting problems in our marketplace, and thorough documentation in our internal systems.

Kiosk Services Group specializes in field services for kiosks, automated merchandising, and retail services.
We develop innovative solutions and strategies for our clients that provide them a custom approach to their field service needs.
We cover photo-surveys, breakfix, preventative maintenance and installations.
We are currently expanding our preventative maintenance sector and this position will primarily support those expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will have administrative and organizational experience, be tough under pressure, and be a quick learner.
Due to the remote nature of the work, the Logistics Manager must deliver results while working independently and maintaining excellent communication.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide immediate response to day-to-day interruptions and issues
* Communicate instructions to field technicians when further information is needed for a work order
* Handle all aspects of work order management via our contractor marketplace, including the creation of work orders, assignment of work orders to contractors, contractor communication, and issue management
* Maintain a quiet work-from-home environment with no background noise for phone calls
* Availability from 8am - 5pm Mountain Time every weekday
*Minimum Qualifications*:
* Self-starter, strong organizational skills and work habits
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to perform in a demanding startup environment
* A home office or quiet remote working environment
* Reliable, high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 40Mbps
* High School Diploma
* Located in Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, D.
C.

* Experience with Salesforce
* Experience with MacOS programs
