- \*\*Follow Collection Processes:\*\* Efficiently manage and execute collection processes to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- \*\*Creating Invoices:\*\* Prepare accurate and detailed invoices for services rendered, ensuring they comply with company standards and customer agreements.
- \*\*Answering Phones:\*\* Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- \*\*Organizational Tasks:\*\* Maintain high levels of organization within job duties, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately.
This includes managing documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- \*\*Experience:\*\* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in roofing supplements and customer service.
- \*\*Technical Proficiency:\*\* Proficiency in Job Nimbus and Xactimate software is required.
Candidates should be comfortable with learning and using various software tools to perform job duties effectively.
- \*\*Communication Skills:\*\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders is crucial.
- \*\*Organizational Skills:\*\* The candidate must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
