*This is not a commodity sale!* Field position responsible for sales of Jain Farm Fresh Frozen Ingredient Division - Ready to Eat (RTE), Individual Quickly Frozen (IQF) products within assigned territory.
* Responsible for direct sales where customers matter not territory.
This is a hunter role to find and sell Key Accounts where current relationships exist, and new ones are developed.
Work with the Vice President, of Sales and Marketing that follow the company’s strategy to grow volume and revenue for specialty IQF vegetables.
Identify new markets and target customers that Jain Farm Fresh Foods Inc.
JFFI Frozen Individual should approach with our value-added Processes to include Reduced Moisture, Fire Roasted, and Blends of IQF Vegetables.
This can include food service, commissary, and industrial accounts.
You will negotiate pricing and quantity for contracts with customers on an annual/ongoing basis as necessary.
Review customer specifications with our QA department.
Monitor contracts throughout the year to ensure that all contracted pounds will be shipped prior to the expiration of the contract and look for spot sales where appropriate.
Work with all Peer Teams to optimize operations and plan vegetable production.
Support CS on frontline business with active orders, pricing, and forecasting.
Work with the QA and Technical Team to develop new products and resolve any customer issues.
Attend Trade Shows and conventions to meet existing and potential new customers to generate new sales.
Actively work with the Sales Team to effectively deliver Jain Farm Fresh Foods Inc.
’s current Fiscal Year goals and long-term strategy.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* 1.
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities at Food Companies in Assigned Territory * Prospect in the territory to uncover potential target accounts that could benefit from Ready To Eat vegetables and other value-added processing (fire roasting, reduced moisture, blended vegetables, seasoned, organic etc).
* Penetrate multiple points of contact with key customers.
* Expand the SKU count, and pounds, as well as grow margin with existing customers.
* Add new customers - Cold call and network within the territory by adding new customers based on the definition of what a good customer is for JFFI products and growth strategy.

Sell Identified Target Accounts * Liaise between Jain Farm Fresh Team Resources and key influencers at customers including the appropriate application specialists (marketing managers, food scientists, chefs, and buyers) to develop appropriate formulations that solve the customer's problems or needs.
* Develop territory plans with the Vice President, Sales, and Marketing that include: * overall account plans, that uncover account needs and move the business forward through successful project completion.
* Learn and utilize the selling process.
* Develop relationships with all key influencers at accounts including R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, and others.
* Prepare and give professional presentations as required on the benefits of Jain Farm Fresh Food business that includes RTE vegetables and gain knowledge of other global business units and parent company with regards to other Jain entities, sustainability, and global footprint.
* Provide targeted demonstrations that highlight the features/benefits and value of Jain Farm Fresh RTE Vegetables * Prepare and communicate product, pricing, and other information to support the selling process.

· Ability to understand and discuss technical product information with PhD, Masters, and other level food scientists.
· Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and the ability to learn CRM.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
*COMPUTER SKILLS * · To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet, Database, Email, and Word Processing software.

*CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS * · Required: Bachelor’s degree or better in Food Science, Culinary, Agriculture related field of study or equivalent work experience · Required - 5 years: Minimum of five (5) years of ingredients sales or other equivalent related technical experience required.
· Preferred - Culinary or R&D background.
· Foodservice, Commissary, and Contract Feeding a plus.

* Prepare and submit regular forecasts as needed.
* Attend key tradeshows in the territory, and the major national shows (RCA, IFT, AFFI) * Complete other reports or presentations as requested for internal use.
* Maintain, drive, and internally communicate projects with customers.
* Develop and expand relationships by introducing customers to internal teams that are content experts.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $75,000.
