Job Description:
Have significant experience communicating about high performance buildings, carbon neutral ready design, and/or new construction across a range of market sectors.
Have experience in preparing market assets, including website content, social media posts, and case studies on high performing construction projects.
Have basic understanding of energy efficient equipment, renewable systems, and building energy science.
Be able to help identify market trends as well as gaps and collaborate with staff and market actors to determine ways to respond to the market.
Possess the ability to communicate with customers, contractors, and internal staff effectively.
Additional desired (but not required) skills include:
Basic understanding of architectural and engineering design, building system specification, construction practices, and measurement and verification of carbon neutral new construction projects; and
General familiarity with the construction industry, building innovations, and the financial considerations of developers and building owners
