Wireless Sales Representative

We are actively seeking a Sales Representative to address customer inquiries and successfully finalize sales transactions and to look for new sales opportunities.
*Responsibilities.
* This job comprises two separate activities: Your *first responsibility* will be to process all inquiries that come in during your shift and turn them into sales deals.
Clients may contact us through third-party services such as Home Advisor or Yelp, through our website or one of the social media channels, or by phone.
You need to verify clianet's need(s) and arrange for a service that will meet them.
This part of your job will be done during your scheduled hours.
You will be working on week days from 6 pm to 8 pm and on weekends from 9 am to 5 pm (one weekend in a month will be free).
This part of the job will be paid hourly.
Your *second responsibility* will be bring new business to our company by prospecting new clients.
You will be doing this by * contacting and bringing on construction contractors who would be willing to subcontract our services whenever they need them as part of their service to their clients.
* entering into bids for bigger contracts which will require offer preparation and negotiations.
This part of the job will be paid on a commission basis and we leave it up to you how much time you devote to this activity.
*We require*: * Previous experience in construction.
* Sales Experience.
Experience in bidding will be a big advantage.
* A positive and encouraging attitude.
* A computer/laptop and a headset.
* A fast and reliable internet connection.
* Computer proficiency that will allow you to learn our CRM, in which you will schedule jobs for our Inspectors.
We offer: * Comprehensive training in our products and processes.
* Flexibility as far as your working time is concerned (except for the scheduled hours as described above) * $12 an hour for your scheduled work and 20% commission on the paid deals that were secured by you.
This is a fully remote job that you can do from home .
