Leading and collaborating with client technical and functional teams to design and develop innovative processes and solutions aimed at optimizing performance.
Coordinating teams to identify, understand, and resolve anomalies, thereby ensuring the quality of solutions and deliveries.
Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality work, adapt to new challenges, and foster continuous innovation in SCM practices.
Staying updated on the latest innovations and functionalities in SCM to provide customers with the most up-to-date value.
Managing and leading teams to address client business challenges and ensure solution performance meets expectations.
Demonstrating the ability to lead workshops, demonstrate technical solutions to stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, configure application systems, and develop demos.
A minimum of 10 years of SAP SCM applications experience, covering APO/IBP, S/4 HANA (PP, QM, PM, MM, SD, PP/DS), MII/ME, DMC, EWM, TMS, etc.
Experience in leading customer/prospect demonstrations and supporting the sales team in securing deals.
Hands-on experience with other SCM application suites such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.
