*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · Support execution of company’s overall strategy.
· Responsible for growing sales in specific markets and at designated accounts.
Must be willing to prospect/hunt and grow new customers and opportunities.
· Market Insights responsibilities to include continuously monitoring, analyzing and reporting on competitive activities, new business opportunities, customer perceptions, and market needs.
Assist in development and implementation of market strategies plan.
· Works closely with Market Management to develop sales plan for account penetration.
· Advise customers in selection of the best product(s) to meet the customer’s needs and application.
· Provides first line technical support and document to internal and approved external customers for Lohmann products.
Presents Value-added USPs and provides technical application and product training to customers including onsite presentations, Teams meetings, etc.
· Provide project management documentation and support.
Works closely with engineering, production and quality to achieve project satisfaction with customer.
· Reviews specifications and prepares requests for quotations and quotations to customers taking particular care to document all expectations and clarifications.
· Engage and communicate effectively with all team members in all departments.
· Accurately and consistently maintain all records of customer facing activities and opportunities in CRM · Assures profitability and process ability of all assigned projects and orders.
· Comply with all company policies, procedures and instructions.
· Achieve all sales goals.
*Minimum Requirements: * · Ability to speak, read and write English.
Spanish is preferred but not required.
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (at C-suite/exec level or plant worker level) · Strong customer service and interface skills.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Ability (and willingness) to write timely reports and fully utilize CRM in communique to management.
· Strong knowledge of converting, converting processes, materials, and applications in markets such as Home Appliance, Industrial and Automotive.
· Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport.
· Demonstrated support of company goals, values, and mission statement.

: * · BS in Business or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · Minimum of 3-5 years field sales in technical application solutions/products with converting experience.
*Travel: *Travel expectation is 60% domestically within North America and some international travel may be required.
