Blue Ridge Power (BRP) is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! The Recruiter will lead and manage the full life cycle of recruiting activities.
They will train and mentor hiring managers, maintain a robust candidate pipeline through existing and new industry relationships, as well as develop and execute strategic recruiting efforts.

The Recruiter will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
This position can be remote but the individual must be able to work Eastern Standard Time.
What You'll Do: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to recruit candidates interested in Blue Ridge Power and the solar industry.
Coach and guide hiring managers through the full life cycle recruiting process.
Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer process, negotiation and closing.
Research candidate pool and recognize all sourcing possibilities, while identifying barriers and solutions to the recruiting process.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with constantly changing priorities.
Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Partner with hiring managers and other decision makers, participating in the candidate selection process.
Create and maintain positive relationships with both active and passive candidates.
Maintaining an understanding of the market data and creatively identifying top talent.
Utilizes Greenhouse (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment activities and candidate files.
Create and modify job descriptions to attract talent.
Represent and promote the company's culture and core values throughout the recruitment process.
Must-Haves: 3-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in the engineering and construction industry.
Experience with Greenhouse, or similar ATS.
Proven ability to support multiple business functions.
Experience with standard applicant tracking systems required.
Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals.
Ability to negotiate and consult on compensation packages.
Experience partnering with Hiring Manager to collaborate on open requisitions and to fill openings on target dates.
Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
Track record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables.
Experienced in sourcing passive talent.
Knowledge of diverse pipelines and sourcing, and best practices for inclusive recruiting.
Be an exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; clear, concise, and courageous in giving tough but supportive feedback when needed.
Ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
Nice-to-Haves: Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred.
Renewable energy or solar experience.

Working Environment and Physical Demand: Remote or Asheville, North Carolina.
Preferred location is NC; for a remote position, some travel required, 10-15%.
