SEH is currently searching for a talented Client Services Manager to join our team! By joining the SEH Subsurface Engineering group (SUE), you will be a part of a rapidly growing team critical to the preliminary engineering process.
This team combines civil engineering, surveying, and geophysics to provide accurate utility information prior to construction to prevent costly project delays and mitigate risks.
Using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, this team is an integral part of ensuring our clients’ projects are well executed from start to finish.

Lead or support the preparation of SUE or utility relocation plans, cost estimates, and/or specifications.
Lead or support preparation of civil related studies and reports, as needed.
Supply direction to the project team by assigning tasks to necessary staff.
Work with senior staff/management to find and assign staff resources for projects being managed.
Draft and design utility infrastructure in CADD or MicroStation Review and incorporate CDOT, RTD, or local municipal design standards and obtain permits for field investigations and design.
Coordinate and support SUE field activities Some travel may be required.
Find utilities that conflict with design and help resolution of conflicts with the client, design team and affected utility companies.
Adhere and direct compliance with company safety policies, quality processes, and documentation.
Mange and schedule subconsultants to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
Support survey, environmental, and other civil disciplines, as needed.
Continue professional development through attendance at meetings, professional seminars, and conferences.
Must be able generate revenue through existing and new clients.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Design & Utility Coordination Strong knowledge of CAD related software (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects through prioritization and workload scheduling.
Strong networking skills.
Proven track record in business development and sales.
Experience selling SUE services, along with an existing network of private and public contacts Availability and desire to travel and attend meetings.
Some overnight stays may be required.
A minimum of seven (7) years of Surveying experience This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.
Preferred Qualifications: Well versed in ASCE 38-22 & 75-22 Effective negotiation and people skills Strong technical writing skills Strong Excel, Word, and PDF experience Preferred-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, survey, or related field Preferred-P.
