*Job Description:* As a Remote Production Manager at Serenity Builders, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful execution of roofing projects.
Your responsibilities will include: *1.
Material Procurement and Management:* * Efficiently manage the procurement of roofing materials.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality materials.

Bid Preparation:* * Utilize measurement software such as EagleView, iRoofing, etc.
, to prepare accurate bids for roofing projects.
* Ensure that bids are competitive and align with project requirements.

Dispatch and Oversight:* * Oversee dispatching and scheduling of subcontractors and field teams remotely.
* Ensure that schedules are well-organized and align with project timelines.
* Monitor and make adjustments to the schedule as needed to address changes or delays.

Quality Control:* * Conduct thorough quality checks remotely by reviewing photos and reports shared in our WhatsApp group.
* Utilize your extensive knowledge of roofing to inspect work for quality and compliance.

Field Support:* * Collaborate closely with fieldworkers and sales teams remotely to review project details and requirements.
* Provide guidance and support through virtual meetings.
*6.
Team Collaboration:* * Work closely with project managers, fieldworkers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Provide clear instructions and support remotely to ensure projects are completed to company standards.

Compliance and Safety:* * Ensure all roofing projects comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
* Identify and address safety hazards or compliance issues remotely.
*Requirements:* * Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing management.
* Proficiency in measurement software such as EagleView, iRoofing, etc.
* Strong command of both English and Spanish languages.
* Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote work.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment.
