We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage the timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects within our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing technical requirements, defining project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, as well as overseeing the project team throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Projects may involve a range of activities aimed at producing specific products or services to meet customer requirements.
The Technical Project Manager will also assume responsibility for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of all activities within their designated program area, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience in project management
- Prior experience supporting D&D, environmental restoration, and 413.
3B construction projects, preferably within the DOE domain
- Experience using EVMS programs, including P6 and Cobra, is highly desirable
- Proven ability to develop and nurture effective high-level internal and/or external customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize, lead, and monitor a wide variety of team efforts to completion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver performance status communications to all levels of management, both internal and external
