CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator who will be a vital team member helping to gather equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.
The Construction Project Coordinator will assist with maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing, and participating in shareholder meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.
A Construction Project Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities.
They should be able to work closely with Project Managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects.
Successful candidates will have a background helping to coordinate construction projects (retail, schools, office buildings, etc.
) and be able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
THE TEAM: We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.
S.
-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical grade cannabis formulations in the United States offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information Oversee project procurement management Monitor project progress and evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.
g.
contracts and terms of agreement) Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 2+ years of field-based project management experience for a company with multi-site presence Bachelors in a Business Administration, Construction, Architecture, or related field Background in retail or industrial construction preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of projects at once Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management Quick learner – grasps essence quickly and uses information learned to apply elsewhere Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, knows how to work well with diverse and dynamic teams across multiple functions, e.
g.
, operations, sales, legal, marketing, technology Strong negotiation skills, striking a balance between being flexible and driving for results with aggressive timelines Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; can handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Team-management and leadership skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.
