In addition, a Project Manager should have: - Basic residential and/or commercial construction knowledge - Logistical mindset - Two to Four years of working experience in a position where you scheduled employees, residential and commercial installations, and were solely responsible for completing construction or service related projects - The ability to type/keyboard at least 50 WPM, and solid 10-key skills - Computer fluency, a high level of comfort with technology, and the ability to learn new software tools quickly - Expert level proficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Excellent communication skills either through phone or email.

The "PM", now short for the Project Manager, is solely responsible for taking on each project and ensuring a smooth hassle-free experience for our customers.
The role of the PM is to maintain the technician's daily schedules and routes, contact customers and inform them of their installation dates and let the customers know of any changes that need to be made in the schedule and maintaining the scheduling calendar as well.
You will also be responsible for ordering inventory and providing accurate product ETA's and be able to schedule each job in a timely fashion You will have a fully committed Service and Installation Technician Staff to fulfill each project.
Each technician is trained to National Fireplace Institute Standards and can tackle any Dryer Vent or Fireplace inspection, repair and service.
You will assign jobs to technicians according to their experience levels and difficulty of the job.
With the aid of the Operations Manager, you will distribute the technician's jobs and assigned vehicles on a daily basis.
Backing our technicians is a fleet of company vehicles.
Our fleet is well maintained and taken care of.
We have special tracking software that will assist you in getting the technicians to the right place at the right time! This role is all about efficient results.

- Contact property managers via phone and email to inform them of their scheduled service dates and times.
- Provide account managers updated information about the status of the project at any given moment.
- Create pre and post property reports that our clients use for Fire Marshal inspections and as a receipt of work completed per apartment unit.
- Assist in reviewing our Commercial contracts and keeping us in compliance with them.
- Work as a team member along with the Operations Manager and the Service/Installation Technicians.
- Perform quality control checkups & job-site evaluations - Complete detailed documents on per project basis - Assist with the distribution of technician's jobs and assigned vehicles on a daily basis.
