As a Creative Developer with dss+ you will lead creative teams in shaping the communication solution design to transform client cultures.
You will bridge the gap between risk management, operational excellence, and art, driving innovation through communication, development, and design.
This individual will design a variety of communication and employee engagement solutions for dss+ clients embarking on a transformational journey.
They will provide creative idea generation, development, implementation, and delivery in collaboration with the creative team.
This role interfaces with the USC team Principals and Leaders, Communications, Branding & Custom Solutions, client engagement project leads, project managers, creative directors, instructional designers, writers, multimedia designers, multimedia producers, producers, directors, and the client point of contact to ensure solutions delivered are transformational and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities Leads and participates in creative sessions and offers employee engagement and communication solutions Contributes formative writing and creative concepts for solutions Oversees the creation of immersive experiences that captivate and engage our client audience, while offering technical expertise to guide the experience Interfaces with clients, dss+ delivery teams, and communications & branding and custom solution team members Participates in client meetings, virtually and in person, from client acquisition through solution development and delivery Leads or participates in client delivery virtual and live events Education/Experience: Graduate degree in communications, performance arts, video production, advertising and promotions, public relations, or a related field Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in communications, production, and creation of media development projects Competencies and Skills: Business Development Ability to interface with clients and provide creative and innovative concepts, designs, and solutions Ability to ideate, problem solve, and lead Ability to lead teams and collaborate to develop products based on creative concepts and designs including immersive experiences, live events, videos, graphics, posters, infographics, banners, swag designs, PPTs, eLearning and Text-based learning Ability to interface with clients and provide the highest level of customer support.
Ability to problem solve and create solutions for internal and external clients Understanding of the cost and value of all steps in creative ideation and media production Professional Demonstrated ability in creative design and content development Demonstrated technical knowledge especially with media production and design, graphic design, social media, and event design Demonstrated ability to interface with clients and with all levels of the organization collaboratively Demonstrated ability in developing people and managing teams, initiatives, and projects Comprehensive understanding of media production, event production graphic design, script writing, and communication techniques Successful experience in creative development of custom production, live events, virtual events, media initiatives, and communication solutions Understanding of the latest trends in the creative communication, media, and event space and how they impact our commercial environment Technical Competencies Ability to direct team members in the use of graphic design software Understanding of web technology and user interface technology Ability to direct teams in video and animation software to create engaging multimedia content Understanding of web technologies and mobile development.
