Position: Inside Sales Representative
Overview:
This position requires the candidate to work with the Outside Sales team in all communications with customers and with Administration and Production teams.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be highly organized and detail oriented with strong customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Call potential customers to introduce them to our company and offer our products.
Call leads that are generated via digital marketing.
Follow up on all quotes and orders via phone and email.
Follow up on jobs in progress via phone and email.
Record calls, quotes and orders generated.
Other duties as assigned by management.
