Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is looking for a competent construction scheduler to join our pre-construction team.
All candidates must be organized, self-motivated, and have demonstrated skills.
This is a remote position responsible for developing construction schedules during the pre-construction and construction process.
This effort supports projects throughout the United States including Hawaii.
Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the pre-construction team to develop schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in Primavera P6.
Interact with pre-construction managers, construction managers, and engineering discipline leads to fully understand the project scope.
Evaluate and identify schedule logic/sequencing and constraints based on discussion with the pre-construction and construction teams.
Assist in identify project risk, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports.
Develop schedule narratives to support technical proposals.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with all team members.
Work collaboratively with other pre-construction and construction team members.
Ensure effective transfer of awarded projects to construction team.
Update project schedules as required by the construction team.
Create and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
Professionally communicate in highly stressed environments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design build and design bid build projects developing CPM schedules in Primavera P6; federal market preferred.
Advanced skills in Primavera P6 required including cost loading of schedules.
Able to multi-task; and work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
Proficiency with computer software to include MS Office (MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
).
US Citizen or applicable for work in the US.
Ability to climb up and down stairs/ladders.
Unrestricted driver’s license.
Ability to pass background check for security and base access.
Ability to pass drug test.
Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 annually DOE
