Our goal is to streamline each companies operations and increase their profit margin by offering impeccable Xactimate estimates and reviewing with the property owner's insurance company to ensure all items are covered per their city code.
START THIS WEEK! Looking for a talented residential ROOFING and exterior estimator who focuses on detailed estimates, is excellent in problem solving, as well as communication with other staff members.
Must be AMAZING on the phone talking to insurance companies and have the gift of gab.
Required to my highly motivated, hungry to work, and do whatever it takes to succeed.
The position is all desk and phone work, no travel or field required.
Commissions on top of the per file fee are paid on all projects the estimator is assigned, weekly via direct deposit.
Must have equipment:
* Computer (home setup must include at least two screens)
* Internet
* Cell phone
* Dedicated work space in home with no distractions
Must be experience or well-versed in:
* Xactimate X1 (certification preferred, but not required)
* Acculynx
* Microsoft Office
* Google Sheets
* Google Earth Pro
* ROOFING ESTIMATING AND SUPPLEMENTING IN XACTIMATE IS REQUIRED
* General Construction
* Excellent interpreting insurance scopes, evaluation of engineer reports or related documents
* Discussing insurance settlements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40-$50 per estimate, plus 5%-7.
5% commission based on supplement acquired.
Paid weekly, every Friday.
This is a 1099 position, with all our experienced estimators averaging $110,000 annually.
