*Tasks and Responsibilities:* * Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance the marketing position and sales of Electric Vehicle Charger (EVC).
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, ensuring high levels of team engagement and performance.
* Communication Skills: great communicating skills to educate target customers, team members about our products and great upselling skills to make the sales.
* Strategy thinking: Be able to develop and make the strategy plan to align company’s goal.
* Results Oriented: Focus on meeting and strive to exceed annual sales targets, sales goals and driving revenue growth.
* Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including utility companies, industrial clients, and contractors.
* Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of Electric Vehicle Charger to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
* Market Analysis: Continuously analyze current market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
* Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaboration: Work with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback from the market and help guide product enhancements.
*Necessary Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Proven sales experience in the electrical components or electric vehicle charger industry for at least 5 years.
* Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicle charger and their applications.

* Ability to travel as required to meet clients and close sales deals.
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Not accepting applicants without sales experience of Electric Vehicle Charger.
