Construction Field Supervisor As a Construction Field Supervisor at TriTechne, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities related to our telecommunications projects.
You will ensure that construction operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to guarantee project milestones are achieved.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Conduct regular safety meetings and provide guidance on best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee construction work meets industry standards and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship and address any issues promptly.
Resource Management: Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and tools at construction sites.
Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency and minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Investigate and report any safety incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients during construction projects, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project specifications align with client expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, safety inspections, and resource utilization.
Generate comprehensive reports for management, summarizing project status, challenges, and resolutions.
