As an Experienced Foreman at Vector Construction, you will have the chance to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites across the country.
You will play a pivotal role in completing our concrete restoration projects along side your teams while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met.

As an experienced Foreman, you will leverage your extensive background in construction or concrete, to lead and guide your team.
Your ability to make quick decisions and direct the work of others will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.
Requirements
Must have the ability to be away from home for extended periods of time - This position will require 90-100% travel within the US.
Have at least 2 years of proven experience as construction foreman
Minimum of 3 years' construction expertise, encompassing procedural knowledge, equipment usage, and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in concrete, restoring and strengthening concrete structures, heavy civil construction, post-tensioning, and/or related fields.
Experience managing demanding deadline expectations while upholding quality work
Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner
Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record
Good physical condition and stamina - Must be able to lift materials up to 50-75 pounds and perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking.
