*Job Description: *Looking for *Sr.
A Voice/VOIP* Engineer with experience with on-premises expertise in *Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity voice mail*, and *cube product portfolio*.
Knowledge and core skill sets around traditional PSTN, IVR and SIP trunking.
Also, experience in migration requirements for on premise to all Cisco collaboration cloud suite.

323, MGCP, SCCP, e.

)
· Manage installations, upgrades, and maintenance of servers and clients
· Experience deploying PBX Systems, SIP and VoIP gateways
· Inbound/Outbound call queuing configuration
· SIP Trunk configuration to take advantage of local calling
· Dial prefix and Prefix dialing preference on trunks
· Proven experience in IVR configuration copy and moves for migration and cutover environments
o Create extensions, routes, and groups to new server
o Port lines to new location
o Validate and verify phones to point to new server & functional testing
