Service Technician

Responsibilities: - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead crane systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
- Read and interpret schematics and design specifications to effectively repair and maintain equipment.
- Utilize welding skills to repair and fabricate components as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing field service duties.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with schematics, design specifications, and the ability to interpret them effectively.
- Welding skills for equipment repair and fabrication purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
