*Summary:* OnePointe Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Revit Drafter to join our dynamic team.
This position involves creating detailed concept drawings and production plans for laboratory casework, workbenches, and furniture using Autodesk Revit.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.

_*Duties/Responsibilities: *_ * *Drafting and Design*: Use Autodesk Revit to create initial concept drawings and develop them into detailed production plans under guidance and training.
* *Sales Collaboration*: Assist the sales team by providing drafting support for client proposals, focusing on laboratory casework and custom furniture solutions.
* *Learning and Development*: Actively engage in on-site training and mentoring to enhance drafting skills and understanding of laboratory design needs.
* *Client Customization*: Help tailor designs to meet specific client requirements, ensuring functionality and aesthetic alignment with client needs.
* *Documentation and Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate and organized records of drawings, revisions, and specifications.
* *Quality and Standards Compliance*: Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and company quality assurance guidelines.
_*Required Skills/ Abilities: *_ * Must be able to read architectural drawings/ plans * Basic proficiency in Autodesk Revit or similar CAD software (training will be provided).
* A degree or current enrollment in a related field (Drafting, Design, Engineering) is preferred but not required.
* Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties is a plus.
