A DAY IN THE LIFE
Responsible for supporting and potentially leading small to medium moderately complex Payroll project initiatives on matters of strategic importance to Blattner’s long term objectives and growth.
This role will maintain communication and visibility with internal and external stakeholders to identify and track outcomes, business impacts and project progression key points.
Responsible for documentation of Payroll operating processes, organizes work related to assigned initiatives, and evaluates areas of improvement to ensure an efficient and effective Payroll Departmental performance.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Associate degree in human resources, Finance, or a related discipline required.
A minimum of 2 years working in a construction and/or services company, and a minimum of 1 year of practical experience managing, facilitating and/or coordinating small to medium sized projects and initiatives.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Further education in change management or program management preferred.
Experience with SharePoint, Workday, JDE and ServiceNow preferred.
