MEP Designer

The responsibilities of the MEP Designer position is as follows: -Design and Drafting of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial and residential buildings.
- Coordinate with engineers and construction team to ensure quality, timelines and budget is met on projects - Drafting when required.
Requirements: - 5+ years of MEP experience - Revit or AutoCAD experience - Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation - Thorough understanding of both residential and commercial construction, methodologies, and detailing - strong preference to those with construction experience - Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work alone or in a small team - Excellent communication skills, organization, and team-based orientation \*\*Currently looking for part-time or contract but can very quickly move into a full-time position\*\* Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.
