```Duties```
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create comprehensive estimates
- Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project pricing
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather additional information
- Create and submit bid proposals to clients in a timely manner
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget
- Collaborate with project management team to provide ongoing cost control support
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Proficient in using construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with project management concepts and practices
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex documents
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
