```Duties```
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of materials, production, and distribution
- Monitor and analyze demand patterns to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely procurement
- Utilize Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems to manage inventory levels, track orders, and generate reports
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve any issues
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and minimize waste
- Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure accurate scheduling and allocation of resources
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with demand planning techniques and MRP concepts
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
