WATCH DOG HOME INSPECTIONS is an Indianapolis based home inspection company providing existing home inspections, pre-listing inspections, and targeted new home construction phase completion inspections.
We also offer Main Drain Camera Scope, and laboratory testing options such as Radon Testing, Mold Testing, IAQ Indoor Air Quality Testing, Well Water Testing, and Wood Destroying Insect Inspections.

Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Licensed Home Inspector or Qualified Trainee at WATCH DOG HOME INSPECTIONS LLC in Indianapolis, IN.
The Licensed Home Inspector will conduct property inspections, provide inspection reports, manage properties, and develop new business.
The Licensed Home Inspector will also provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Qualifications
Property Inspections and Inspection skills
Property Management and New Business Development skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Licensed Home Inspector in the state of Indiana / Or currently working towards licensing
Experience in the home inspection industry or related field is a plus
