*Job Title: WinOS L3/ Window Technician*
*Location: Remote*
*Employee Type: 12+ Months ContractRole Summary:*
In this role you will join the team responsible for supporting the Windows PC platforms at Client.
This is a critical role that will focus on Windows end user customer experience, upgrades/outages/improvements, and support / problem resolution to ensure service excellence.
*Responsibilities:*
In this role, you will:
* Engage with cross functional teams for delivering a consistent and robust experience.
* Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
* Handle expert level Windows issues and be able to work with Microsoft and the customer to resolve.
* Assist in maintaining the Client Engineering ServiceNow Team queue.
* Knowledge of Microsoft’s Windows as a Service release model (Multiple OS releases per year)
* Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 Upgrade issues and package installations.
* Understand and Manage PXE deployment services and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
* Assist in Windows Image and coreload testing.
* Create and maintain relevant knowledge base articles.
* Ability to interact with the customer demonstrating expertise and insight and manage expectations.
* Assist end users when escalated and appropriate using internal Client tools.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Salary: $11.
20 - $40.
