Technical Service Specialist

*Technical Service Specialist* We are a growing ecommerce company called Liquid Rubber and we make and sell our waterproofing products to homeowners online across North America.
We are looking for a team member who’s got construction experience or has dealt with building materials.
We are looking for help with a critical part of our business, supporting our customers! *The Job:* Customers call and email with questions about their orders and you will be the first person they contact.
Your personality, interpersonal skills and language ability must be friendly, engaging, and clear.
You are representing all of us and when the customer interaction is complete, the goal is for the customers to thank you for helpful and professional service.
Oh, and don’t forget the ability to be calm under pressure and being able to multi-task.
*Experience:* If you have coating or painting experience that would be ideal.
A DIYer around the home is also useful.
*Salary & Benefits:* The job pays $50,000 per year plus a bonus if the company does well.
*Hours:* You’d have to work our regular business hours of 8:30am to 5:00 pm.
There are also 5 paid sick days and two weeks of paid vacation to start.
