Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward! The Work: The Security Architect will work to ensure that IT solutions are built, tested, and deployed with secure designs and incorporating key business priorities.
This role will require active collaboration with a variety of different technology teams within IT and IS to promote secure engineering practices.
Additionally, this role will participate in IT system design and architecture reviews to provide security planning advice and requirements, coordinate with Agile / DevOps teams to advocate secure coding and system architecture practices and escalate concerns, as well as validate IT software and platform architectures for security best practices.
Here's what you need: 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: cloud security, application security, network security.
1 year deploying solutions Experience configuring security controls and policies (I.
E.
NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171) Bonus Points if you have: Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines One or more related certifications: CISSP CCNP Security+ Cloud Certifications such as: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
