About the Opportunity: DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior FSCM PeopleSoft Functional Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for PeopleSoft Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Billing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Treasury Techno-Functional Consultant.
Will be responsible for providing both technical and functional support for PeopleSoft core finance modules.
The candidate must have strong functional and technical skills with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization of PeopleSoft Financials.
Primary duties: Work with business users to gather and document functional requirements for PeopleSoft Project Costing(Funds distribution), Customer Contracts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Treasury modules.
Design, develop, and implement customizations and interfaces using PeopleSoft tools, such as Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces and Reporting tools like BI Publisher, SQR and PS Query.
Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet business requirements for Project Costing(Funds distribution), Customer Contracts, Billing modules, including setup tables, workflows, and security.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and prod deployment.
Provide Functional & technical guidance and expertise to business users and other team members on Project Costing(Funds distribution), Customer Contracts, Billing modules.
Experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Project Costing(Funds distribution), Customer Contracts, Billing functionality in Peoplesoft.
Conduct analysis of business processes and recommended improvements to Project Costing(Funds distribution), Customer Contracts, Billing processes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide support for monitoring failures and diagnostic capabilities to quickly identify the root cause of a failure by using log files, issues, etc.
, through ticketing.
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues like Integration broker, performance issues, etc.
Provide post-production technical/Functional support and issue resolution for Project Costing(Funds distribution), Customer Contracts, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Treasury modules working experience.
Develop Test Script documentation, Test Plan, and Problem/Issue documents for various tests.
Define Integration and System test scripts.
Provide support on Peoplesoft Inbound/Outbound integration, enabled real-time data exchange, and streamlined work order creation, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Candidate has experience in data mapping and transformation to ensure data consistency and can troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for seamless data flow between the two systems.
Qualifications: Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field At least 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Project Costing, Customer Contracts , General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Treasury/Cash Management, Asset Management and other FSCM modules.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Strong technical knowledge of Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, People Code, PeopleSoft Upgrade, Process Scheduler, PeopleSoft Workflow, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, Webservice, nVision, Inbound and outbound Interfaces, PS Query, SQR.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
