Our primary clients are WisDOT, counties, municipalities, and private developers in Wisconsin as well as the Illinois Tollway.
OES has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer - Project Construction Manager (Wisconsin) in our Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Madison, WI office.

As our Transportation Construction Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision, driving operational excellence, and inspiring a high-performing team.
OES is a DBE in WI, IL, MN, FL, CA, GA, and TX.
We also received our SBA 8a certification allowing us sole source opportunities working for the Department of Defense.
We serve a growing roster of clients such as WisDOT, counties, municipalities, FHWA, DFD, BIA, Tribes, and private developers in Wisconsin, MNDOT, IDOT and the Illinois Tollway.

Travel: This position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some fieldwork and travel.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to lead one or more teams through all phases of project delivery.
Ability to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness and manages time to meet project budget and schedule.
Technical expert in all relevant areas of construction and understanding of various construction methods.
Strong time management, budgeting, and contract negotiation skills.
Understand client expectations, proposal writing and basic accounting.
Strong client interaction and relationship skills.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering Licensed Wisconsin Professional Engineer (PE) 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
