Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available products and services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about solar energy systems, including cost savings, installation process, and maintenance requirements
- Customize solar energy solutions based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Prepare and present proposals to customers, outlining the benefits, costs, and return on investment of solar energy systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of energy sales or solar industry is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in an outside sales environment, including door-to-door sales
