SUMMARY The Manufacturing Project Manager has oversight of all aspects of any project going through our manufacturing facility.
This role must ensure proper estimating, coordination of scope and changes with clients, maintaining the Production Schedule, help with problem solving, ensure project is running on time for on time delivery.
The right candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries.
You’ll work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success , as well as work closely with the Manufacturing Management and staff to oversee all aspects of the project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Manages key client projects, as well as smaller projects.
Work s directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
Coordinat ing and complet ing of projects on time within budget and within scope .
Oversee s all aspects of project s from both the corporate office as well as the manufacturing floor .
Set s deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare s reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Collaborate s with Corporate Operations Officer in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans .
Work s with project team in the development of financial and budgetary plans .
Analyze s current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary .
Build ing and maintain ing relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals .
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers.
Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources.
Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and relatable/applicable experience.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGRISTRATION JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Experience and knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production and employee management .
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity .
Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands .
W orking knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines .
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization .
MATH E M A TICAL SKILLS Ability to apply basic math principles including adding, subtracting, multiplying , and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
