Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per annum
Summary
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the Systems Administrator is responsible for new deployments and ongoing maintenance of BetterHealth’s server and application infrastructure.
This includes system maintenance and configuration such as installing and troubleshooting software, performing regular checks of the environment, and implementing updates and patches.
This role also functions as a technical expert of BetterHealth’s server and application infrastructure and will provide recommendations for ongoing improvements to the environment.
Essential Functions
Manage and monitor Windows and Linux servers, including configuration, testing, patching, and maintenance.
Manage and monitor ancillary systems and applications.
Perform upgrades, configuration changes, deployment, and patching as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert of BetterHealth’s server and application infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation related to server build and application management.
Develop and maintain PowerShell and batch automation scripts.
Assist with administration of Atlassian products and plugins, including patching, optimization, configuration changes, automation configuration, provisioning, and issue resolution.
Provide technical assistance with the installation and configuration of Epic client applications.
Research, evaluate, and recommend infrastructure and application improvements.
Monitor and, where applicable, triage or resolve, technology tickets and project requests.
Provide on call support coverage as needed.

3+ years of Windows server management experience
Experience and comfort working with large groups of individuals

Experience with AWS preferred
Experience with Confluence and Jira preferred
Experience working in the nonprofit sector preferred
