*Responsibilities*
* Position is 80% remote, but we do need translation during project Installation stage (45 days), Maintenance Stage (60-90 days) - provided housing, food, and travel, and dismantle stage (14 days).
* Monitor project operations, and ensure each phase of the project is being handled according to the timeline.
* Developing strategy and efficiency techniques to deliver better processes.
* Hiring and Training of new employees remotely during growth periods.
* Business retention of current accounts, and improving relations Tradeshow and Conference participation when needed
* Translation between Chinese Mandarin speaking staff members and English speaking clients and team members during critical moments of the project.
* *Minimum Qualifications*
* Must be able to travel at any time
* Must have a flexible schedule and ability to focus on multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment.
