A multi-disciplinary community development firm offering a broad range of planning, engineering, building and other professional services to mostly municipal clients.
Employees: 300 (1600+ in wider group).
Full time, permanent, direct hire.
Location: Remote with regular travel to South California sites.
Salary: $120k-$175k with great benefits.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages public works projects in construction phase across South California.
Manage contractors, inspectors, and all other staff involved in projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Capital Improvement Project Management.
Oversee project controls, construction, and prepare detailed reports.
Attendance at status meetings and other meetings as required.
Support RFP and proposal processes.
Represents clients/municipalities as construction manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience within Construction and Project Management.
Experienced manager of public works projects and working with municipalities.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE license is required.
CCM certification, or ability to gain within 1 year, required.
PMP Certification preferred.
