SUMMARY:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, task management, customer communication, and construction of GiGstreem’s network build out on Greenfield, Multi-Dwelling Properties.
The Construction Project Manager will work with technicians in the field to ensure that construction meets engineering requirements as well as ownership guidelines, timelines, and specifications.
This includes coordinating meetings with appropriate personnel, conducting site visits, and working with cross-functional teams to kick projects off and get them service ready.
This position is a remote position with some travel required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The development and management of project plans for all assigned projects including documentation of requirements, establishing objectives, setting and achieving milestones and tasks to deliver on time and within budget.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders through multiple communication channels, including regular project meetings, to keep all stakeholders informed on required updates and responsibilities to ensure the timely launch of new residential projects.
Delegate and assign project responsibilities; directing, motivating, and managing all project work and resources involved within the project.
Ensure efficient use of company resources to meet the project deliverables.
Oversee all project documentation including status of milestones and tasks, producing regular internal and external reports and executive summaries.
Communicate directly with clients and general contractors to provide regular project and construction updates.
Review & evaluate construction plans and SOW with construction technicians to kick-off projects.
Maintain project timelines and status using project management software, ensuring that projects are meeting timelines for property move-ins.
Work directly with supply chain management to facilitate the on-time arrival and secure storage of materials.
Monitor building construction readiness in preparation for construction team arrival, ensuring that teams are only dispatched when ready to work.
Perform quality assurance measurements and documentation for each project
Prepare closeout documentation upon project completion.

Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000
