Position Overview:
Ameresco has an opportunity for an Federal Quality Control Manager to join Ameresco's Federal team.
This role is going to be training Quality Control Managers who work on Ameresco's Federal projects.
This role is a remote position, but with frequent travel to Ameresco's Federal projects.
Job Description:
Conduct Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Contract Compliance audits
Develop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Manage Quality Control Managers staff at all of the Ameresco Federal sites
Ensure that the company is in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local government laws and standards
Ensure Quality Control related training is provided to employees
Develop Contract specific Quality Control Plans
Manage and maintain Quality Management policies and procedures
Serve as a direct liaison to the External ISO Auditor
Track deficiencies and work with Senior Management to define corrective
action plans and close out deficiencies
Collects and analyzes data to determine QC trends
Provide suggestions to Senior Management to improve client internal controls
Identify opportunities to improve quality, compliance, procedures and overall
operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
Past Quality Control management experience with NAVFAC or US Army Corps of Engineers
7+ years experience directly with Quality Control on construction projects
Must possess engineering degree
Must have some level of QCM past training experience
Must have past experience for managing teams
Must have past experience for developing QC processes
