*SAP Product Costing Consultant* *Position Type: *Long-term Contract (6-12 months) *Location: *Remote (EST Work Hours) *The Role:* Madiba is currently in search of an SAP Product Costing Consultant with SAP S/4 Product Costing experience.
This role will support the costing solution and associated interfaces between S/4HANA and legacy systems with a global organization to drive the resolutions related to Product Costing within SAP.
This is a long-term remote opportunity with an industry-leading client! *Key Responsibilities:* * Serves as the conduit between business process and technology solutions * Advises on recommendations for SAP features alignment and usage as it relates to Product Costing * Delivers innovative solutions that will increase operational agility in materials management * Leads consultation with key business stakeholders to strategize and roadmap the transition and transformation in SAP * Drives development of best practices and standards with SAP and surrounding applications.
* Act as liaison with functional and technical staff to find creative solutions to complex problems * Working with cross functional SAP team members on integrated designs * Develop and execute test plans and scripts that are traceable to documented requirements * Orchestrate and deliver end to end aspects of solution delivery including configuration, cutover, and change management * Maintain documentation and updates; analyze lessons learned and share knowledge with team members *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects with Product Costing and Material Ledger expertise * Strong background in SAP FICO preferably in Product Costing/Material Ledger gained either in SAP product support or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects * Executing various product costing process documentation and enhancement initiatives within the team and supporting related supply chain and operations projects * Experience with SAP Product Costing / material ledger and inventory accounting in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.
) is highly desired * Solid understanding of sales and distribution along with manufacturing production processes *Minimum Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related technical degree * Self-motivated, driven personality * Proficiency in being able to communicate (written and oral) with Finance leads within the Client organization Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $120.
