Kimberlite is seeking a NetSuite Consultant for a full time role with a Consulting partner in a post-go live role.
This is a remote/work from home position.
Responsibilities
Provide NetSuite assistance and support to new and existing customers
Drive client and internal activities, including business analysis, system requirements, documentation, implementation, data conversion, and training
Functionally design solutions, create test scripts, test development work for quality, and coordinate installation of deliverables from Sandbox into production
Configure various modules within NetSuite or similar ERP products (i.
e.
CRM, Manufacturing, WMS, Inventory Management, Projects, Core Financials)
Perform data migration tasks from legacy to current business solutions
Perform system testing and issue resolution support
Perform gap analysis between packaged functionality and customer requirements
Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
Provide functional training to clients as required
Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions
Understand documentation standards and be able to create all standard project documentation
Develop data conversion and testing strategies and execute on those strategies
Actively establish relationships within all levels of the customer organization
Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers, and management
Demonstrate an interest in acquiring and applying new knowledge and learning
Requirements
Strong accounting/finance background
Adept at working within NetSuite’s core functionality and related modules
Strong background in both business and ERP
Functionally familiar with many facets of NetSuite Wholesale Distribution and/or Manufacturing such as:
Design to Build
Inventory Management
Order to Cash
Procure to Pay
Work Orders & Assemblies
Experience consulting within product-based companies with an existing instance of NetSuite
Experience as a lead resource for implementations and/or continuous business process improvements and ongoing support
Desired Skills and Traits
NetSuite consulting experience, either as an Implementation Consultant, Systems Accountant, or Internal NetSuite Administrator/Project Lead
Able to set up, configure, and understand the settings and options behind the NetSuite core modules of Financials, OneWorld, CRM, SuiteAnalytics (Saved Searches, Reports, Financial Reports), Roles/Dashboards.
Understands relational databases and data migration.
Thinks both analytically to understand an issue and creatively (out of the box) to design the best solution for the customer
Committed to providing superior customer experience, achieving results, and seeing a project or task through to successful completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster positive and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
At least 3+ years NetSuite and Software Implementation
NetSuite Certifications (plus)
Strong financial and accounting background
Advanced knowledge and business acumen of wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and service industries, and how they relate to modules within NetSuite
