As a *Construction* *Project Manager, *some of the job duties performed will include:
* In-depth knowledge of skills specific to content and accuracy of reports and returns
* Focus on meeting and/or exceeding client level of expectations
* Working knowledge specific to time management processes and the capability to identify complex problems, evaluate and execute solutions
* Exceptional level of knowledge specific to all software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Construction Management Software, Excel, Estimating Software, Outlook and Smartsheet
* Comprehensive understanding of the Sales to final billing work flow and management control points
* Comprehensive understanding of the current national program and non-program pricing standards.
Experience developing and implementing national roll-out construction programs
* Familiarity with local and national OSHA regulations and safety standards.
* Support and actively participate with the Vice President of Construction and Senior Project Management team in executing strategic planning and tactical initiatives
* Responsible for tracking and documenting the overall progress of all orders and to communicate status of those orders to clients, line of business partners and management by way of established programs and reports
* Coordinate with Production, Service/Installation and Field Service partners the delivery and installation of final product
* Maintain professional and consistent communications between Sales, Permit, Design, Pre-Construction, Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Field Service, Service/Installation, and Finance throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications, requirements and education required for the *Construction* *Project Manager *position include:
* Project Management Experience in retail, restaurant or other types of commercial construction verticals: 3-5 years
* Strong communication (written/verbal) and people skills
* Bachelor’s degree (project management, engineering or other relevant degree preferred)
