This role will be responsible for championing key initiatives in customer service, team leadership, operational refinement, general employee development, and indirect supervisory responsibilities.
Will work closely with the General Manager, Client Divisional Account Directors, and Internal Client Services team to achieve team and client goals.
Monitors and documents individual campaign progress through the execution lifecycle: content strategy and development, planning & pre-production, execution & quality assurance, post-production reporting, and reconciliation, and working with internal teams on program learnings for process optimization.
Post-delivery, they will work with internal partners and clients to identify patterns and relationships within data and develop actionable insights & recommendations.
Responsibilities: Responsible for driving print strategy, retail best practices, and signage innovation for all divisions and bodies of work.
Serve as the center of the engagement and point of escalation, regularly meeting with the client and internal teams to highlight milestones and challenges.
Responsible for executing work plans, managing deadlines, coordinating internal and external project activities, and collaborating with cross-functional team members in the delivery of projects.
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategy, best practices, and standard operating procedures across the entire operation.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as the ability to anticipate needs on behalf of the client, not only to serve the client but also to increase volume and profitability.
Communicate with business partners regarding the project status, issues, approvals, risks, and other pertinent information.
Resolve issues that may arise during the production of customer products.
Document all assumptions, dependencies, tasks, and milestones.
Support team in developing and executing service improvement plans in response to client satisfaction feedback.
Work strategically with clients on project planning requirements.
Evaluate ongoing progress and status of projects, track progress against milestones, manage issue resolution, and take corrective action as needed.
Participate in the preparation of quarterly business reviews, data management, reporting, annual budgets, and forecasts.
Monitoring financial targets and ensuring they are achieved on a monthly basis.
Complete understanding of the “big picture” with the ability to think strategically and creatively problem solve, analyze variables, demonstrating sound business judgment in providing appropriate solutions.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Skills Excellent understanding of each area of project management, including prepress and print production.
In-depth knowledge of various print methods, substrates, and concept engineering used in retail marketing with the ability to evaluate superior performance.
Proficiency in display engineering and manufacturing processes for corrugate, wire/metal, wood, thermoform, vinyl, acrylic, and other plastics.
Proven experience building strong, cohesive, and high-performing teams through effective motivation and coaching methods Strong project management experience with a broad technology understanding Enthusiasm, aptitude, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and work with cross-functional and/or distributed “virtual” teams Strong commitment to ensuring quality and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Expert knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Required Experience Bachelor's degree in area relative to the function of work with 7+ years of professional services management experience.
Within a creative agency environment preferred, must have deep print experience and knowledge as a minimum The national pay range for this role is $87300- $153700/ year.
The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.
The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
