Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

Duties: Provide repair, maintenance, and/or installation services for customers as needed.
Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with all co-workers and customers.
Maintain communication with the dispatcher and service manager throughout shift.
Ensure all tasks performed are notated and attached to the corresponding call file and communicated with dispatcher.
Maintain company-provided vehicle to policy standards.
Communicate vehicle maintenance and truck stock needs with the warehouse manager as needed.
Maintain and utilize all company-provided technology in a professional manner.
Required on-call and holiday rotation.
Skills/Qualifications: Strong customer service and job ownership Ability to work independently while maintaining a team mentality Ability to troubleshoot modern HVAC and Refrigeration systems pertaining to individual department standards EPA License required Additional industry-specific certifications encouraged
